The Union College Business Department helps students develop the skills necessary to compete in a fast-paced global environment.

Graduates of the business program learn to apply skills such as critical thinking and risk taking, along with team building, project management, and communications/information technology, to their everyday tasks. These skills will enable graduates to succeed as they enter the public or private workforce of the 21st century, or to continue their education at the MBA or graduate level.
