The Academic Resource Center (ARC) provides students with access to five internet-accessible Pentium based computer workstations utilizing Microsoft Windows XP and the Microsoft Office Suite. All computers are equipped with CD-RW drives and fire wire for digital video editing in addition to being connected to both color and black/white laser printers. Each computer is also equipped with various study skills and test-taking software. The ARC offers various study centers and a collection of review materials for the PPST, PRAXIS II, ACT, SAT, and GRE. The ARC is also equipped with a computer enhanced “white board” that allows students to collaborate and express ideas using a standard dry erase board. These ideas can then be printed to allow each student to have notes from that session.
