This award is presented to outstanding Union Alumni who have graduated within the past 10 years. Honorees were involved on campus while students, preferably in leadership roles, are enjoying career success and continually give back to their community and Union College. |

The Alumni Association Award for Distinguished Service is presented to an alumnus or alumna who has demonstrated a commitment to promoting the goals and mission of the Alumni Association, and who has proven leadership and service within their community.

 Union College President, Dr. David Joyce, welcomes Dr. Herman Bush into the Athletic Hall of Fame. Bill Bush, son of Dr. Herman Bush, accepts the award on behalf of his late father, who passed away at the age of 77 this past January.
