News Flash: Alumnus Makes the Kentucky Derby!

Tom McCarthy, a 1957 Union graduate, is a 75-year-old retired principal whose only horse will run in the Kentucky Derby on May 2. His remarkable journey has been called a “Cinderella story” by many and is garnering national attention.
