Union Graduate Named Miss Photogenic at
Kentucky Mountain Laurel Festival

Union College graduate, Lakita Hampton from Pineville, Kentucky represented Union College at the Kentucky Mountain Laurel Festival this past weekend. The 75-year-old festival is held annually in Pineville, Kentucky at the Pine Mountain State Resort Park. Hampton said of her experience, "Participating in the Mountain Laurel Festival was a wonderful whirlwind of excitement. I feel so lucky to represent Union College in my hometown of Pineville."
