Union College to Stage "A Valentine Concert"
Union College will host “A Valentine Concert: A Sentimental Evening” on Saturday, Feb. 14 at 8:00 p.m. at Conway Boatman Chapel.
The concert features the Union College Singers, Union Harmony and the Regional Chorus. V. Gay Gandy will conduct. Kathy Smith and Danny Phelps will serve as accompanists.
Selections for the valentine concert include “It Had to Be You,” “Some Enchanted Evening,” “I’ll Be There,” “I’m Just a Girl That Cain’t Say No,” “I Only Have Eyes for You,” and many more.
The performance is free and open to the public.
This is the second year for the valentine concert at Union. It joins the Christmas Festival Concert and spring concerts as an annual offering of Union’s music program.
