Union College provides Cisco VoIP telephony services to all employees. Visit the guides in this section, below, to learn more about how to fully utilize the services provided by our voice network.

*Note: a long distance access code is required to make long distance calls. Employee access codes may be obtained by contacting the Business Office. To make calls within the Union College voice network, simply dial the four-digit extension; to make calls outside our internal network, dial "9" to access an outside line.

The Technology Support Help Desk is located downstairs in the Black Technology Center. The Support Help Desk is open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM until 4:30PM.
