Activating Your Union College Account

All Union College students are provided with a universal Union College account (username and password) that grants them access to a variety of resources including Webmail, uLearn, MyUnion, campus computers, etc. Union College accounts are created for new students one week prior to their Orientation date or when they register for classes.

The student will be emailed instructions to their personal email account on how to activate their Union College account. The student will be directed here where they will enter their ID# (included in the account activation email), the last four digits of their Social Security # (international students with no SSN will enter 0000), and their date of birth (formatted mm/dd/yy ex. 01/25/91).

After clicking "Activate", the student will be directed to set their password and security questions in the event that they forget their password.

Your username will also be included in the account activation email. Usernames are typically [firstname].[lastname] (ex. john.smith).
