Manikya Rajakaruna is originally from Colombo, Sri Lanka, a beautiful Island in the Indian Ocean. After completing her bachelor degree in Mathematics in Sri Lanka, she came to the United States for graduate studies. With a background of teaching in both Sri Lanka and the United States, her experiences with diverse classrooms are an important asset to her pedagogy.
