1:1 means knowing I can always approach the faculty and staff for anything, and they won't hesitate to help. Working with Common Partners, I get to volunteer some at Lay Elementary Shool. While there I work with the children in the art program, and get a chance to relate the 1:1 experience I get at Union to those kids. I also get the chance to interact with and meet some of the greatest people I know through Common Partners.
