Pre-Professional Programs

Union’s pre-professional programs are designed for students who want to obtain a bachelor’s degree and then enter a professional school – most often to pursue medical, dental, pharmacy, veterinary or law careers. Our pre-professional programs are not traditional academic majors, but professional tracks developed around a core program and associated curriculum.

Students entering the pre-professional programs will be assisted in choosing an academic major most suited to their selected profession. Union’s advisors will then help the student select courses, extracurricular activities and academic interests to increase chances of being admitted to the professional program of your choice.

Remember, that just because you choose a pre-professional program and completed your academic plan, you are not guaranteed admission to a professional program. However, you won’t have to figure out how to get into professional school on your own, Union’s career and academic counselors will help you make that move.

Pre-Dentistry
