Graduate

Students who have earned a bachelor's degree and seeking a master's degree.

Chemical Dependency

in addition to a degree but

have a separate application.

Dual Credit

Students still in high school seeking to take a college credit course at Union.

Undergraduate Applications

  • Complete our traditional application if you have earned your high school diploma or GED, are a transfer student, a visiting student or are an RN-to-BSN student. 
  • If you are looking to finish your bachelor's degree online, complete our Union Online application. 
  • International students, please use this application.
