Equity in athletics disclosure act

The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) requires each institution of higher education that participates in the Title IV student aid program and has an intercollegiate athletic program to prepare a report on athletic program participation and financial support data annually.

The annual EADA report must be made available upon request to students, prospective students, and the public every year. The EADA annual report for Union Commonwealth University can be found here.
