Be Their Family: UCU Invites YOU to Family Day

Union Commonwealth University will host Family Day on Saturday, September 19, we are asking the community to fill the stands.

On Family Day, students from around our region have parents and grandparents in the bleachers. However, our international students’ parents aren’t always able to make that trip. That's especially true of our men's and women's soccer rosters, where most players are from across the globe, and the games fall at the end of a long day.


So, this is the ask: come for whatever part of the day you like, but if you can, stay for soccer. Help us pack the stands for these athletes and cheer on your Bulldogs!


Saturday, September 19
10 a.m. – 4 p.m. — Inflatables, in front of the Student Center
11 a.m. — Volleyball, Robsion Arena
12 p.m. — Football vs. Taylor
5 p.m. — Women's Soccer vs. CIU
7 p.m. — Men's Soccer vs. CIU


Admission for games and inflatables is free!



Concessions will be sold on the field and local vendors will be set up in the Student Center parking lot.
