Knox County registration day

Early Access Registration for Fall 2026

March 21 | 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Union Commonwealth University Campus

What Is Knox County Registration Day?

Knox County Registration Day is a special, invitation-only registration event for students from Knox County high schools who plan to attend Union Commonwealth University in Fall 2026.

Thanks to the Knox County Pathway and the offer of free tuition for eligible students, Union is excited to welcome a strong group of local students to campus and give them an opportunity to get a head start before Summer Orientation begins.

This event allows Knox County students to register for classes early, connect one-on-one with faculty and staff, and leave campus fully enrolled and prepared for the fall semester.

Why Attend?

Students who attend Knox County Registration Day will:

  • Receive first access to Fall 2026 class registration
  • Meet one-on-one with UCU faculty, advisors, and staff
  • Get personalized academic advising and schedule planning
  • Complete key next steps toward enrollment
  • Be part of an exclusive group getting an early start at Union

This day is designed to feel personal, welcoming, and supportive—and to ensure students leave confident and excited about their future as Bulldogs.

NOTE: Please know that if you do not/are not able to attend this date, you MUST attend one of our summer orientations.

What to Bring

If you have completed AP (Advanced Placement) courses OR dual credit courses through Union or another institution, please bring any available documentation (such as an unofficial transcript). This will help us build the best possible class schedule for you.

Register is required and can be done by completing the form below. Once you are registered, a member of the admissions team will contact you with additional information.

NOTE: Knox County Registration Day runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., but this is not an all-day event.

When registering, students will select a one-hour time block during the event window. Each student’s visit is expected to take approximately one hour, during which they will meet individually with faculty, advisors, and staff to complete fall registration and next steps.

Please choose the time block that works best for you. We ask that students arrive on time so we can make the most of your visit.
